Contract Development

For smaller projects we can provide our services on a fixed price basis where your goals and outcomes are clearly and fully understood, this type of development would typically be carried out from our site using our own equipment.

For medium to large software projects we can provide our services on a ‘per hour’ basis from our own site (where our own equipment would be used), or we can also provide our services on a ‘per day’ basis from your own site if the commercial realities or the security/regulatory/health and safety/geographical requirements of your project necessitate development of software from your own premises and using your equipment (we can still provide our own development equipment should this be required, although equipment for the exclusive use of your project must be provided).

We offer our development services on a contract basis. As an IPSE member we can provide a template contract if you are unfamiliar with how to engage contract based services (this would typically be for our smaller clients) or we can carry out development according to your own contract pending our own IR35 review procedures and our acceptance of other commercial terms [What is IR35?].

Nothing in any subsequent agreements between us will establish an employee/employer or principal/agent relationship, exclude our right to substitute one employee for another or establish a mutuality of obligation [What is IR35].

We do however require that our own employees respect equality rights and diversity.
