What Is IR35?
In short IR35 is a set of ill defined legislation that all companies providing services to clients (based in the UK) need to consider, if your business is wholly outside the UK this legislation does not apply to you.
What does this mean?
Unfortunately due to current HMRC regulations we cannot accept contracts that place our employees inside IR35 (otherwise known as disguised employment), where our employees would be required to behave in a manner consistent with being an employee of your own organisation, such as following employee processes, practices or procedures unrelated to either health and safety, regulatory environment, or software development, quality and deployment, or are required to accept tasks and assignments unrelated to the services under current contract.
